The Brielle || Huichol Sunflower Earrings

These sunflower earrings are one of the early designs that I learned and gifted my first pair to my sister, Brielle. The sunflower symbolizes happiness, optimism, honesty, longevity, peace, admiration, and devotion. All of these beautiful characteristics reminded me of Brielle and all her Leo glory! These sunflower earrings are woven in the traditional Huichol style.

Dimensions:  

--Length from top of hardware to the longest fringe: 2 inches

--Width from the widest point: 2 1/2 inches

*Please note that each piece of jewelry is handmade. You will find each piece to be truly unique and may find subtle inconsistencies within the beadwork. The use of thread and woven bead results in beadwork being flexible. This is normal! The use of clear nail polish on the "wrong side" of the work assists in keeping its sturdy structure.
