ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any purchases. 

Inspect all details: Please inspect all items upon arrival. Every piece of jewelry is handmade by me, and some imperfections may occur in the beadwork. Woven beadwork is flexible and curving of the jewelry is normal and common. 

Exceptions: Should your beadwork arrive to you already damaged, please email huicholistic@gmail.com. 

What to include in the email: Please include your name and order number in the text portion of the email, as well as photos of the damage. We can speak directly about a monetary refund or remake of the product.
